What's the turnaround time?

1–2 weeks from the day your deposit is received and your design is approved. Rush options available on request.

Can I reorder later?

Yes — reorders are always available. Pricing may shift slightly with garment cost changes, since we order as needed instead of stocking inventory. We'll always give you a fresh quote.

Do you offer free logo design?

Yes. Every package includes free logo design or digitizing. Don't have a logo yet? We'll build one for you as part of your package.

What about sizing — what's included?

Sizes S through XL are included in package pricing. 2XL and 3XL are available with a small per-piece upcharge (listed under each product section).

Can I mix and match within a package?

Absolutely. Within a t-shirt package, for example, you can split sizes and colors however you need — same design across the order.

What's the difference between DTF and embroidery?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a vibrant, durable print used on t-shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies. Embroidery is stitched and used on hats, polos, and backpacks. Both hold up to job-site wear.

Do you ship outside Arizona?

Yes — we ship nationwide. Free shipping is included within Arizona. Outside AZ, shipping is calculated at checkout.

What if I need more than 100 of something?

Reach out — we'll build a custom quote. Larger orders typically get better per-piece pricing.
