Processing & Production Time
Every hat we make is custom embroidered to order, just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. This is in addition to the transit time for the shipping option you select at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the carrier you choose, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your delivery address. All available options and exact rates will be shown before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Do We Ship Internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future — follow us on social media for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, contact us at summitstandardco@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Summit Standard Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at summitstandardco@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
