Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using summitstandardco.com. By accessing or placing an order through our website you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of summitstandardco.com, operated by Summit Standard Co. LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Products

Summit Standard Co. specializes in custom embroidered and engraved products made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, orders are not interchangeable or restockable. Product colors and embroidery thread shades may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and display calibration. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, and a digital proof is provided for customer approval before production begins on custom orders.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.


4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment through Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported mobile devices. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


5. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

For all custom embroidered or engraved items, a digital proof will be provided prior to production. By approving a proof, the customer confirms the design, spelling, layout, and colors are correct. Once a proof is approved, the order enters production and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned. Please review all proofs carefully before approving.


6. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Summit Standard Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Custom and personalized items that have been approved by the customer are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of a defect or production error on our part.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on summitstandardco.com including logos, graphics, designs, text, and images are the property of Summit Standard Co. LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

Summit Standard Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
